Real-time shipping
GoECart supports real-time shipping via UPS®, USPS, FedEx®,
DHL®, and Canada Post. The current status of shipments can be easily viewed via
the Administration Panel, and online store customers can also check the
shipping status in real time.
Approved provider of UPS Online® Tools
GoECart is an approved product provider of UPS® Online Tools.
With GoECart’s UPS Online Tools integration,
merchants can manage all UPS shipping functions right from GoECart’s
Administration panel. This includes tracking number creation, tracking of
shipping status, generation of UPS shipping labels, and more. The software can even
be configured to calculate shipping charges based on customer profile. For
example, you can set different prices for business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-residential
(B2R) customers.
Custom shipping tables
With GoECart, you can create custom shipping methods based
on the price or weight of the order placed.
Simple and advanced packing slips with merchant logo
The latest version of GoECart supports both simple (basic)
and advanced (detailed) packing slips. You can even customize the packing slips
with your logo to extend your brand and provide customers with a professional quality
shipment.
Partial shipments
GoECart lets you ship a portion of the goods/services purchased
via a single order. Your customers will especially appreciate receiving partial
shipments during busy times of year (e.g., holiday shopping when some items may
be temporarily out of stock).
Custom tax tables and automatic tax calculation
GoECart lets you set taxes via custom tax tables (USA, Canada, VAT) as needed. GoECart’s
numerous tax features include automatic tax calculation for U.S. states and support for orders outside of
the U.S.
as well as an option to make all the products on the storefront tax-free if desired.
Product specific taxes and shipping surcharge
With GoECart you can create custom tax rates for specific
products and set blanket surcharges for shipping as well.
And more!
Additional capabilities for merchants include a “free shipping”
feature (useful for holiday or similar promotions) and customizable shipping
confirmation emails. Moreover, a quick-shipping calculator on the web storefront
lets online store customers calculate shipping costs before checking out
(thereby reducing shopping cart abandonment rates).
